Values and Culture
Repton Schoolhouse is a partner school of Repton School in the United Kingdom. Over the centuries, the name ‘Repton’ has become synonymous with expertise, experience and tradition.
Founded over 450 years ago, Repton UK has a very rich heritage and our schools share a common ethos and values.
The Repton values lie at the heart of school policies, curriculum and day-to-day endeavours. By using them in this way, all of the staff at Repton are working with a common purpose and for children, this leads to educational and personal outcomes with integrity and coherence.
Wholeness of the person in moral, intellectual, social and physical endeavours.
Truth reached in a life-long process of learning.
Excellence is an aspiration for all, in every pursuit, both individual and collaborative.
Respect founded on a deep regard for common humanity and the unexceptional in each other.
